Services of Akadémiai Kiadó

National Széchényi Library currently subscribes to three services of Akadémiai Kiadó, namely, the journals and dictionaries packages and the so-called MeRSZ, which provides Library users with an unlimited access to the full text of Hungarian and foreign-language journals included in these packages, to dictionaries published by the Kiadó, as well as to the continuously expanding electronic collection of basic and reference books.
Service is provided platform-free, no download of a special application is required, and it is available on desktop computers, tablets or mobile phones, anywhere at the IP location of NSZL.

• 60 journals (52 current, 8 archive journals), natural science, medical and technical titles

MeRSZ – Ultra quick help supporting research, writing a diploma work and learning;

• Comfortable search options: simultaneous full-text search in all works, with an etymon function;
• Category choice: browsing documents based on themes, in several disciplines;
• Placement of bookmarks;
• Note taking and printing;
• Copying or printing of document parts, including even notes;
• Quick insert of links: on pushing a button, the system offers an accurate bibliographic description of the given text.
