At the chamber exhibition, maps made between 1909 and 1919 are on display, which can be regarded as special, since they show temporary conditions before the formation of the final borders. Border disputes of World War I come alive on nearly 30 maps, period posters, postcards and photographs.

The exhibition will be open from September 11, 2018 until April 27, 2019, Tuesday to Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., in the Map Collection of National Széchényi Library.

Visitors who are not registered readers of National Széchényi Library can attend our chamber exhibitions for a flat fee of HUF 400.
