The 86th Festive Book Week will take place between June 4 and 7, 2015. National Széchényi Library will also be present at the event.

Only few people know that the Hungarian national library publishes an average of 25 to 30 publications per year, based on its tasks of a library specializing in social sciences and built on its unique and rich collections. NSZL offers a wide range of library-, museum- and research center-related services. On display will be our books on cultural history and the history of books, bibliographies, precious facsimiles and decorative albums published by the Library on its own or in cooperation with prestigious publishing houses.

We would like you to learn more about our current exhibitions and we also offer registration discount to the visitors of the 86th Festive Book Week.

Our latest volume, published for the Festive Book Week jointly by NSZL and Gondolat Publishing House and entitled ’Hungarica ex librises of Rudomino Library Moscow in local and international contexts’, will be inscribed by the author, Dr. Kornélia Vas-Tóth on Saturday June 6, 2015, between 2 and 3 p.m. at the pavilion of National Széchényi Library.
