The Best Print Hungary competition aims to reward and showcase the best products of Hungarian print communication. The competition is held once a year and is open to any printing company or individual entrepreneur registered in Hungary.

550 copies of the facsimile edition of the national library, edited by Gábor Farkas Farkas, cultural historian, and Bernadett Varga, literary historian, and designed by Gyula Schöck, book artist, were published on the occasion of the 550th anniversary of its first publication, with the cooperation of Central Dabas Printing House.

According to the website of the Best Print Hungary competition, there are few everyday objects that engage three of our senses at the same time. The Buda Chronicle is exactly such an object.
